Deng Jiaxian is a Chinese cultural hero in my mind. Mr.Deng was born in 1924 and died in 1986. In his lifetime, he invented atomatic bombs and hydrogen bombs for China. He should have enjoyed the rest of his life with the hornor of the two bombs. However, suffering from rectal cancer, he died of nuclear radiation. Since he received the national mission in 1958, he had been far away from family and friends. For 28 years, Mr.Deng had been making contributions to the science through his life. Before his death, what he kept in mind was still his motherland, isn’t this behavior worthy of our admiration? Maybe China is getting stronger now. But have we ever thought that the glory of today comes from countless Chinese heroes like him? We should learn from their spirit and their efforts to pay for their motherland. China will become stronger only through this way. This should be called the Chinese soul!
